Sponsored Ad coming on right side of every browser.

Hi,
Am facing an Ad related problem please help,its like when i uses my browser,on right side of it am getting some kind of sponsored ad,i have tried to get rid of it by using different browser`s such as IE9,Firefox 11,Chrome 18.I have tried re-installing and updating every version,unfortunate enough nothing worked.Also am posting a screenshot of it.
