"Sponge Listening" Or that's not support.

http://www.cnn.com/2003/TECH/biztech/11/24/dell.call.centers.ap/index.html shows that tossing your support out to scripted screens and polite people isn't going to solve problems.

When faced with your data at risk, you really want to converse with someone knowledgeable that may actually use the product.

Next time, just ask if they own a "Dell" or other product you are getting your support on.
