Question

Splitting one HDMI port for 2 inputs

Aug 6, 2017 8:11AM PDT

I have an intel NUC which has two ports for display, a thunderbolt 3 connection and one for HDMI.

I wish to duel screen with it however the thunderbolt port is the cause of multiple issues preventing the dual monitors being extended.

I am in essence now left with one port that I can use, the hdmi one. I've been searching for a "splitter" which could turn this one port into two.

Should be easy to find however everything I see on amazon only duplicates both screens which is not what I want.

Any suggestions on cables that are actually capable of doing the said task? Or any other way I can make it work
