Not sure if you read the article on the bb-8 giveaway about the comments section:

Before jumping into the legalities, I wanted to let you know that we are working on redesigning our article pages, and this means that the comment section will be changing -- probably more than once -- in the next couple of weeks. To access the comment section you need to scroll down until you see the white toolbar and find the speech bubble on the top of the page. The new comment section will show up on the right side of the screen as you can see in the GIF.

Here is the animated gif on it:

It works for me in IE11, Firefox and Chrome. I would recommend scroll a bit slower to see white tool bar.

Sorry for the confusion, we will be improving this experience. It is less than idea and they are going to fix this. Again we apologize for the this.

Let me know if you see now.

Thanks,
-Lee

I'm sorry it had to come to this explanation for you to find it. I've been working with our product manager to make the experience better.

Again I do apologize for this.

It appears that something broke. I've alerted this to higher powers.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
