Assuming that it won't work is one thing. Proving that it won't work by trying is another thing. Did you do that already?

Yes, I did test it but i was able to resolve this with a co-worker of mine. What we did is i took is aspell folder out of his c:/program files(x86) and transferred it to mine replaying the aspell-15.dll. which was successful in resolving this issue. For some reason i was not receiving the full download.
When I see GNU it smacks of an open source OS, specifically Linux, so I am a little confused on this one. Notepad should just be a Windows package which is normally bundled with Windows, so I am wondering where GNU comes in to play. Unless you have downloaded Open Office or are using a Linux OS as dual boot.
