Question

Speed Fixit Tool

Aug 30, 2015 5:22AM PDT

I downloaded speedfixittool.com. It was supposed to be free. Now I'm scared to let it "fix" the 12,000+ records it says need fixing. Can I uninstall it or have I screwed up completely?

Clarification Request
If 12,000 things need fixing, my bet Windows would be toast.

Many of these find anything to bump that count. There are long discussions about these being needed or even valid fixes.

Given the nature of Windows I'm sure you are ready if this wipes out Windows.

As long as you didn't say OK, I suppose it did nothing.
If you don't trust it, better uninstall via Control Panel>Programs and Features.

Hey Happy

As long as there's no agreement happen
You shouldn't have to worry about.

Other than that better to Uninstall the app
to make it clearly sure.

If you really want to use it again
Install then see if there's a notice
If do so, decide to uninstall permanently.

Have a nice day!
