Speech Reconition In Vista

can i have my own computer voice. a voice that when you say something to speech reconition the responce isnt a little beep but a voice saying something in response that you can record and import yourself?

But you can track down the appropriate sound files (recordings) and replace them with your own. Note, though, that the locations of said files are not readily known; consider it a scavenger hunt.

thanks. but ive tried and i cant find any WAV files

1.) Check hidden system files/folders in C:\Windows, which are not automatically indexed or searched.

2.) Don't limit your search to WAV files; MIDI and MP3 files are also used in some cases, though I've never specifically looked into Speech Recognition's sound files.
