It appears to be a run of the mill 40 inch CFFL 1080p TV from 2009.
http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-UN32EH5300-32-Inch-1080p-Smart/dp/B0074FGNJ6 pegs a new 40 inch model at 389USD so at 5 years you half that for each year so figure 99 bucks.

I want to advertise my six year old Samsung TV, model LA40A550PIF, however I haven't been able to find the list of specifications which usually appear in brochures. Has anyone got any advice?
