Specific type of MP3 Player for on hold music

So I just bought this fancy telephone system and it has the ability to play on hold music, which is the music you hear when you are on hold, by using a headphone jack. And after some reading I found out that US law does not allow you to play the radio or copyrighted music over your telephone system (antiquated, I know). So my idea is to play classical music (non-copyrighted) over my telephone system but I need a MP3 player that has the ability to do so. I was curious if any of you knew of any that did that. The are the requirements.
Must have the ability to be plugged into wall and still work
Have a repeat function
Durable construction (no moving Parts)

We went to walmart and 20 bucks later had a cd player with some headphone jack. That was 7 years ago. Seems rugged enough to me.

There are so many cheap things out there.

Lets see...

The best thing I can think of is a RCA something. Like a Lyra, Opal, etc... They work (at least mine did years ago) while usb'd to a wall. Plus they are around 50 bucks.

Or you could go with one of those Zen Stones. Cheap. Works in the wall (I think, never owned one, but my friends do). Holds classical music. Small. Works without dedicated software (although they do try to push their software on you, you don't have to use it)
