Now replace the find and replace strings as you see fit.

I would like to do a special find and replace operation in excel.
_____________________________
I would like to convert the following line of text:
'(anyfoodname) insteadof cheese'
to
'2(anyfoodname)'
_____________________________
So '(anyfoodname)' would be a wildcard word, and the line 'insteadof cheese' has to be changed to a '2' and to be put right in front of the '(anyfoodname)'
I can't figure out what the command for this replacement should be, if it's even possible at all.
