to ship all OUR child-sex offenders to VietNam so they can mete out the same punishment? Ship 'em out BEFORE trial here so there's no chance of double-jeopardy....send all the evidence with them, and have video taped testimony from the victims sent along with it so the kids don't have to travel for a trial.

Works for me, at least.
