I have an Crystal surround air track and the left side speakers are not working. Any idea what is causing this and can it be fixed. Thanks for your help.

Add the full model number, how it's hooked up.

Also try other connection methods as a test.

I looked at one model HWC450BK and don't see much user serviceable. However if I swap the usual stereo jacks I could try to see if the issue is the source or the bar.

We'd love to look into this. Can you provide us with the model of the unit?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
