The speakers indeed don't require a driver, since they connect with a standard 3.5mm jack. But the sound card needs.
If you reset from the recovery drive you made, they should be included. That's why it's recommended to make one (after each half years upgrade of Windows 10). If you reset from a standard Windows disc or .iso they might not. Then download all drivers from the makers site.

so i reset my computer yesterday but now there's no sound at all...
it says: "no audio output device is installed", and when i go to playback devices it's written "no audio devices are installed", and the speakers are not there.
the troubleshooter didn't help and i have speakers that don't require a drive installation (Creative a300), so i have no clue how to install them...
