Ask Toshiba for what drivers to use. I can't find the model so I can't look this up.

Ok, I have a Toshiba Windows 8.1 Laptop, and whenever I listen to anyhting, (sounds, or any music) the sound coming from both speakers and headphones are distorted. When I go to sound options, and Then click "Enhancements" It says all effects are disabled. Even though they aren't. To get the sound back, I need to enable the sound effects and then disable them again. After that, everything's normal. But if I pause the sound, or click anything else it goes back to being distorted... And I have to do everything back over again. It does this with both online and downloaded sounds. What should I do? I dont want to have to change the settings EVERYTIME I want to listen to something. Any ideas?
