In order to better analyze your situation please provide us with Msinfo output.

I just upgraded to AVG 11 - it is not catching any of the spam. Also, when I mark something spam, a message goes to my Sent folder and states "SPAM Report - false". This never happened on the previous version. Is there some setting I need to look out for?
