Spam Inspector has always let spam slip through while calling old, trusted emails spam, but it hasn't quarrantined a single email since Wednesday evening. Is it falling apart?

''Spam Inspector has always let spam slip through while calling old, trusted emails spam''.

This is what i tried to explain to you yesterday.Did you not see it?.You can't rely on these programs to be accurate all the time.So assume the responsibility yourself and use E-prompter which will allow you to delete the junk right on the server.Alot more malware are coming in the email form so its also safer doing it this way.If you must use a spam filter, try Thunderbird email program. It comes with its own, trainable junk filter.
