I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I would suggest checking the buttons on the blu-ray player itself to make sure none of them are stuck. If the front panel buttons are not stuck then service will be required. Since this is a Canadian model I would suggest contacting Samsung Canada for more information. I have had my Samsung Smart TV (UN46ES6820FXZC) and Blu-Ray Player (HT-E5330) for about 8 months now. Just recently it has started switching the source on its own every few minutes. This is while watching Netflix through the wireless internet connection from the Blu-Ray to the TV. It will switch on its own from HDMI1 to HDMI2 to the radio, etc and keep cycling through. I switch the function back to HDMI1 and it will soon do it again. I also have a computer hooked up through the other HDMI port and the same thing was happening while watching from there. This is a new issue and I have not had any problems before with the same set-up. I have not changed any connections. I thought it might be the remote control and took out the batteries but it still was happening. Any suggestions?
