How long has this been occuring?

Have you scanned for spyware using multiple spyware removal tools?

Have you read the troubleshooting steps from the Soundmax site itself?

Have you tried restarting into Safe Mode, then deleting ALL instances of the SoundMax card, then restart the computer to let Windows re-recognize the device?
