Just like other malfunctioning apps, you can try the following:
-Make sure iOS is up to date (8.2).
-Delete non-performing app, reboot device, then re-install.
-Contact app developer to report bug/issue
I have the afore titled which is almost six months old now. It works great with the TV however for the past three months when I open the samsung multiroom app on my iPad i am met with a message advising that the soundbar requires an update. I follow the on-screen instructions but on each occasion I open the app I continue to get this message. This 'pop up' has denied me the use of my other M5 speakers as it renders the app, which incorporates Deezer etc, as inoperable. Can anyone advise me how to address this?
