so i jus talked to the online support at samsung.. and what kinda ******** do they run.. firmwares that can cause problems.. you are suppose to put out firmwares that fix problems and carry over in the next firmwares.. on top of it they tell me the latest available firmware is the one i downloaded and installed which is ******** too.. cuz my tv originally had 1020 on it before the accidently downgrade and the only way i can get 1020 back on it is to have the tv serviced..

looks like ill be takin this tv back and going with a different brand. Love 30 day returns no questions asked. Enjoy "servicing" the tv.
