Question

Sound keeps cutting out on Samsung HW-F355 Soundbar

by AmeliaV / December 28, 2013 9:50 AM PST

We just got a Samsung HW-F355 soundbar for Christmas and have noticed that the sound has started cutting out frequently while watching TV. We've only noticed it as of today, but it keeps cutting out more frequently and is getting annoying. We have the soundbar connected via optical audio cable to our Samsung Smart TV. It looks like other people using different models have been experiencing the same issue, any ideas on how to fix it?

Hi AmeliaV,

Bob is correct that the first step is to check the audio output. You can do this from menu > sound. Also please provide the model code of your TV.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
