Sound has stopped working on my computer

Jul 28, 2007 12:11AM PDT

It screwed up for my brother (Apparently flickered abit, and then worked fine again), he reckons it happened when a message came up saying there was low space on C: drive (Which there admittedly is Silly) and now no sound works on my computer. We've tried multiple speakers, and they don't work but work on other computers and with my Mp3.

I can't work it out. Is it just a case of resetting something? Or has my computer screwed up forever? Or will I need to re-build the computer?

Help. Please. All sound has gone.

No.
Er specs:

Emachines 560

1.80 GHz

40GB Harddrive (Ultra DMA/100)

3Dagp Graphics or something.

And an intel inside celeron processor.

It's a few years old now. 5 or 6. Maybe less.

Sorry.

False alarm lads =P

Despite rebooting several times, it still didn't work, but when I unplugged everything, and then re-connected the speakers, and replugged everything back in and turn it back on at the wall is restarted.
