Is the Audio Format set to PCM?

If so Please try resetting the television, and see if this will clear up the delay. Also make sure that the unit is completely up to date with firmware.

And if that fails I'm back to seller and maker for ideas to fix the issues. If they can't fix it then we call it defective and back they go for working models.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
