Sound Card with TTL Output !

Hello Dear Everybody,

I am looking for a sound card with a TTL output and a SDK kit. I want to generate sounds with the computer; but every time that I generate the sound I need to send an indication to an external hardware that I have that accept TTL signals as trigger inputs.
