Im not very knowledgeable about computers and especially not about all of the specs but I've had this computer for the past 4 years or so I've personally upgraded the graphics card and have been thinking about getting liquid cooling system but lately my stock fans have just been revving like crazy very loudly and it's loud all the time I've checked my processes and barely any of my CPU is being used about 3% and it's still revving and the system is at a normal temp not sure what I can do to fix this problem
