Sorting by size?

How do I perform a search on everything installed on my computer so I can see what's taking up so much size? Control Panel doesn't have everything that's installed and I did a Windows search and there were programs that didn't appear.

Start>Search>Files and Folders OR Pictures OR Documents> then select Size

You can leave the file name blank and select a minimum file/ folder/ program size

Any idea on why the largest file is 61,000 KB?? 5 gigs have been used up on an incredibly small hard drive and I'm trying to clear some space. I'm extremely confused.

I closed out the search and am uninstalling things that are running on my other computer without taking much space. There's a user account called ASP.NET that's on this one and not the other, and I don't know what it's doing for example.

I'm extremely well-versed in deleting cookies, temps, disk cleanup etc. Doing that right now would be like removing a hair follicle.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
