hi,i was going to install Sophos antivirus on my macbook but when i clicked on Download i got a warning that this type of file can harm my computer,is anyone using Sophos and is is ok?

Both Sophos and ClamXav will help protect your system from emerging threats as OSX becomes more targeted, I've been running Clam for years now and its stable, free and safe (even if it has never found anything Laugh but thats because theres nothing to find yet)
Do you realise that Mac Xprotect is silently running in the background all the time? They've never really advertised it but its there.
