Sony Z4100 vs W4100

I can't seem to figure out exactly what the difference is (besides looks) between these two (I'm looking at 46"). The CNET review makes it seem like the Z4100 is worse at least as far as blacks are concerned. So is this basically another XBR 4/5 cosmetic difference or is the Z4100 have anything of value worth the extra cash?
