Question

Sony Xperia z3: how to adjust battery settings set-up

Apr 22, 2015 1:49AM PDT

So i had xperia z3 and whenever my battery gets down to 30% it automatically turns of my wifi, bluetooth, dim display, etc. I would like to lower the percentage but i cannot find it on my settings. Or was 30% the constant battery percentage for the phone to deactivate some features?

Didn't find that either.

I used a web search. If you can, why not set some alarm to go off at say 50% so you know to seek out a charge?

Also, when I am at home or at my desk I use the ABC rule. Always Be Charging. For me I rarely see my phone go under 75%!

ABC is good but

I think charging while using phone will damage some battery cells that lowers the battery life of phone. I hate it when my wifi suddenly turns off while I am playing and streaming. I usually charge below 50% but I won't charge until I'm not satisfied. Lol. My phone is the only thing I have for now thats why I basically use it all day. I would just like to adjust it to 15% atleast.

Then you may not be helpable.

The old charge issue was on devices long ago. If your phone is damaged by leaving it on the charger, it's so old that nothing will help. Sorry to read this and hope your next phone is sooner than later.

My wife's phone is one of those that has the wireless charging feature. No more fumbling to find the right side up on the connection. Just set it down and it automatically charges and maintains as need be.

But you will get clients and folk that think these wear out batteries. Times changed and sometimes they get stuck in the past.
