Sony Vaio wont boot up

by sujkoneru / May 4, 2012 9:45 PM PDT

Hi I have Sony Vaio Laptop Model PCG-71211M. It worked fine until this Monday when it suddenly wont boot up. I tried evrything, including discunnection everything and pressing the strart button for 60 seconds.

When I open the bask and keep the screen at about 30 degrees and while pressing the back cover away from the components it starts up. This seems very strange.

Can someone help please?

I am from London.

Sounds like a hardware connectivity issue, it probably would be best to take it in to a shop and see if they can sort it out, it is likely doable.

If you don't do your own work, get an estimate and MOST IMPORTANT THING TO DO NEXT?

---> Backup what files are locked away on this machine. At least it gives you one last chance. Use it.
