Sony Vaio vpcf232fx Help

Hi, I was wondering if there is anyone on here that might know where I can find some kind of help manual or diagram for opening up my Sony Vaio vpcf232fx.... I've had 'er about 7 months and it's overheating pretty good so I need to open it up to get to the fan and cooling system for a good cleanout and to check the cpu grease..

At the link above, there are also other tabs for "Videos and Tutorials" which help with maintenance such as cleaning out vents, etc. I didn't check out all the various links at the site so I'm not sure there is a schematic for your computers. Still, the information at the link should get you started.
