Restore the machine and then Office and NOD.
The licenses of Office and NOD are never lost as I can install them over and over. Since it is a new machine at least you haven't installed much else so just start fresh.
Bob
I bought my new notebook today.
From the first minute I've not been able to do anything.
It starts up normally stating that Windows is starting up and after that there is a blank screen.
The only thing that shows on the screen is the cursor which I can move.
My retailer installed an anti-virus NOD32 and the Microsoft Office. I need to know how to get the computer to work normally without losing vital software.
