I recently order a Sony Vaio FE. Sony's customer care is the worst I have had the misfortune of running into. I was promised by the salesman that the laptop that I ordered in the middle of April would be shipped by April 23rd. Then I was told it would be built on April 30th and shipped this week. I have called in 7 or 8 times none of the customer care staff are helpful, all promise to call or email me back and none do. I have asked to speak to supervisors only to be told there aren't any?? or they won't help me because the product is backordered and the warehouse doesn't answer the costomer care peoples calls or emails???
Does anyone have a CORPORATE adress/ email etc that I can complain to??
