Sony TV 70" Ventaliation Problem

My SXRD 70" Sony TV is having overheating ventaliation problems. What can I do to correct such problem?

I hear the fan blowing. The TV is not placed against any wall. Its just overheating.

The fan blowing should be normal and given your post I WONDER if you are thinking the fan blowing is THE SIGN it is overheating.

Sorry but your post never detailed exactly what made you think it is overheating. However the huge sets do get hot. It's part of the deal of that big a screen.

salsaluver, Fan Clogged... Some Fan's is a turban design that the blades get clogged with dust...Needs cleaning... Or RPM , so try High Fan Mode in menu... G.B.
