Ahh, there is a thing called an antenna, you mount it on your roof or in your attic and run a coax cable from it to your TV. You need to be within 50 miles of a transmitter. Then you can watch the Over The Air DH channels from CBS, NBC,ABC, etc.
As for the cables, try hooking the new cables to your DVD player an the TV. If this works then the problem is in the PS2, maybe you have to change a setting to use component cables. John
I just got my TV,...absolutely stunning, but I'm havin a few problems...
First off, I bought these brand new component cables for my PS2, and no matter what I do, they won't work. I go through Video 1 through 8 and get nothin but black. Is there anything special you have to do with Component Cables to get them to display?
Second, how does this whole Free HD local channels thing work?
