Sony SXRD picture issue

I recently purchased a Sony KDS-55A2020 that is connected to DirecTV(HD). On occasion the picture distorts(sort of a pixellation), inverts, and offsets all at once. This lasts anywhere from 5-15 seconds then corrects itself but sometimes happens over and over. HD programming is the worst but it has occurred with DVD and non-HD channels. I am a novice and have no idea where to start to get this problem solved. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you register w/Sony?

When you bought your TV, did you register it online with Sony so they have a record of your TV? If you did, call them or email your question to them. I've had pretty good response time when submitting questions to Sony. And, you can also ask for service from them if it's still under the 1-year warranty.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
