Sony Sonic Stage Software Help

Aug 23, 2004 1:46AM PDT

My Sony Sonic Stage Software is states "Device is not detected" when I open the program to burn CD music onto my NetMD Player. I already tried to get my Cd-rom to auto run using Sonic Stage as the default but Sonic Stage only opens up to the same error as previously quoted. Any Suggestions?

My only suggestion at this time is to read and follow the forum Tip:

"If you are asking for help to troubleshoot a computer-related problem, please be sure to include all the necessary information (ie: operating system, model number, hardware, software, etc) that will help others identify your problem for a speedy resolution."

Also tell if it ever worked.

That's a partial answer. But the Compaq Presario 7469 was some AMD CPU and may have USB issues. In short, the USB must be enabled in the BIOS and motherboard drivers may have to be installed. http://www.usbman.com repeats such advice.

If one port doesn't work, try another
