sony's HI8 Camcorders

Jul 17, 2006 7:02AM PDT

I have a sony HI8 camcorder that isnt all that old maybe like a year and a half. And for the price that i paid for it (299.99), i have to say it takes really good video. i mean its a great camera for your normal everyday taping your son at his little league game or whatever camera. its the CCD-TRV128. if anyone has any more information on this camera. please e-mail or reply to me here on cnet. BTW i have the extended battery pack which boosts recording time to 10hrs and thats while your using the LCD viewscreen. if your using the viewfinder you get like 14hrs record time. It make the camera just a little heavier but if recording time is what you need, a little extra weight never killed anyone.
