Sony phone wont show the screen corectly, what do i do?

Ok, so before i went to bed i wanted to get some power to my sony, so i took the cable and connected to my acer.
Next day when i woke up i wanted to see what time it was, but when i turned my phone on i could barely see the screen, so i thought "Ok, what if i took the battery out and then in again" But it kept doing that, so right now im using a old non android LG.
