The Sony would be a better choice....its battery life is near what your old i7 had, and as you noticed, physical buttons are easier to use. The i9 sounds great, but it is rated at 29 hours battery as opposed to the Sony's 50 hour battery....and Sony players are much easier to use than the i9...I've had several.
Hi all
I'm new to this forum, but I thought you guys might be able to help me.
So far I got an iaudio 7, but now the volume button broke so I can't turn the volume up anymore
I'm therefore looking for a new mp3 player...
There are two players, which I have in mind: The Sony NWZ-S754 or the Cowon iaudio 9
Important to me is that it has a good audio quality (though I'm just listening to rock music.. so it doesn't need to be high-end), long battery life (I barely had to charge the i7) and it should be a compact player b/c I already got a smartphone which I use for videos etc..
I don't care about the headphones that come with it b/c I already got some good ones.
Which of these two would you suggest? Or is there any other player in this price range?
What I like about the Sony is that it has physical buttons, so I can also use it without looking.
Thanks for the answers,
Cheers
