I'm experiencing the same problem since I tried to connect it to my PC (now using Win Vista 64). I've tried Sony web support but without success. If you know how to solve this please post it !

Yeah I posted this awhile ago and still haven't gotten a answer, I to have tried everything and nothing has worked, I just gave up and bought a new one. I never would of thought the Operating System would be a problem but come to think of it, it was working fine with my old computer which had XP, and this problem just so happend when I hooked it up to my new computer which has Vista. Crazy
