Sony NWHD5 problem/question

I just bought a new Sony NWHD5 today and while loading some of my songs from my hard drive to the MP3 player some of the songs could not be converted and loaded onto the MP3 because of copyright protection issues. These are songs that I paid for and legally downloaded from walmart. Any suggestions on how to get around this. This sucks! I paid for these songs.

Any help would be appreciated.
