Sony hasn't done anything right...

It's hard to come up with anything positive to say about the PS3. After being out for over 4 months, there are still only a handful of games available (and none of the games are very good), the user interface is a joke compared to the 360, the online component is lousy at this point (and very few games support it), it's too expensive, etc. Now they're losing all of their third-party exclusives, which was the lifeblood of the PS2. So basically what they're left with is
Gran Turismo and God of War (which won't see a sequel for at least a couple years). Good luck, Sony!

They still have...

MGS4 and the next Final Fantasy, but expect Konami (maker of MGS games) to make MGS4 available on the 360 as well because that is a very expensive game to produce and to avoid losing money on it they NEED to offer it up to 360 gamers as well.

I see a major house cleaning (firing) of some of the Sony Video Game execs happening in the next year or two. They squandered their market share and now are playing major catch-up to MS.
