Clarification Request
What model is that?

https://www.google.com/search?q=KDL40CS523&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 finds your post only.

As to TV repair I have yet to see any TV tech advise in these forums. I'm only an electronics engineer and would never advise that "this will fix that" but it sounds like a good thing to try if you don't harm yourself.

Still rare or not right model

https://www.google.com/search?q=KDL40SX523&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 does however seem to find out that it's a PLASMA. This post has incorrect model numbers but PLASMA sets can require a tune up from the TV tech to adjust drive voltages.

NO. I don't think it's a TCON board but remember we are unsure of the true model yet.

You could scour https://www.google.com/#q=pink+plasma+tv+drive+voltage+adjustment if you don't believe me but these adjustments take just a few minutes by a tech. Most folk can't do this.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
