SONY HVR-Z1U In manual mode video loses interlace

In Autolock everything lookks fine. In manualmose , the video has a jittery look and when I pause it, there is no dual field flicker (like there should be). How do I fix this?

may have been changed, have you tried resetting to factory defaults?
