Sony Handycam Model -CCD FX330 - No record.

This unit will play back but will no longer record.

I recall having this same problem with another Handycam and that it had something to do with the red record button.

Before I take this baby apart, does anyone have any ideas as to what the most common reasons for failure to record are on this model or where I can find a schematic on-line?
