Sony DCR-SR62 Question

Quick question. I have recorded some things on this handheld and i can't seem to download them off of the device unto my computer Im able to see it, but i can't hear it!!!.. Where in the world is the sound of the video that I recorded. And how do in turn transfer these videos from the dcr to the computer..??

This is usually the Sony driver.

nope i haven't. I can't find it no where. where can i get from...?

Just so you know, it's a common issue. Sony should have nailed this one on the first call.
