Sony DCR-HC32 Problem

Jun 11, 2006 5:26AM PDT

I have been using this crapy camcorder since feburary 2005, (when it was launched just few days ago). I m getting a problem with this.

After recording 5 cassettes in different times when i started using my 6th cassate it started giving me dirty head massages. I used a new headcleaner. and problem was still there. Then i used a sony's head cleaner. problme was still there. i claimed the warrenty for that matter. they did the service twice in past 6 months. second time i just got the camera back. and i checked right onto the service center and it was still giving the same problem i showed them and they said you should have to use a new cassate everytime or atleast after recording twice on a same cassate.

I just want to confirm is that really matter to change cassete after every two recordings or it is the fault of the camcorder i have.

I m so much worried about this bcoz when i bought it this was like $750CAN and i threw a bunch of money on it and i am still not getting its benefit. What i deserve for.

Please anyone tell me what should i do with this.
