Sony CX150 or Canon HF-R11 for volleyball

Oct 11, 2010 6:53AM PDT

Looking for a fairly inexpensive but nice camcorder to tape my daughter's volleyball matches (indoors). I currently have a Sony mini-DVD camcorder which is becoming a pain to use (purchasing numerous miniDVD's which only last 30min...or less...volleyball games often go on longer). Also looking for something I can just connect to my laptop, edit if necessary and send off for others to see.

The reason these two camcorders are my options is because I have some Costco cash + cards lying around. While I want to purchase a new camera...it isn't a necessary purchase right now and using Costco $$$ will help ease the pain. If you can suggest another camcorder that might be a better option, will be glad to listen. Thanks.
