General discussion

Sony CLI

I was looking around for a good handheld, and the most common flaw with most handhelds I found was either bad customer support, low battery time/life (and the lack of replacable batteries), lack of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (in Palms), size, lack of features, or a bad software bundle.

Then I found the Sony UX50, which seems to have all of the above. Also, the price seems to have dropped to a reasonable amount. Is it a good idea for a handheld?

My specific questions are:
-Is the customer support any good?
-Is any of the software/hardware badly outdated?
-Is it worth $400 US?

I'll write no.

The battery is from a manufacture date of possibly year or 2 ago since Sony shut down production many moons ago. There is no service/repair plan so that's a lot of bucks for something ....

I'd pass.

Oh, any good suggestions though?

Oh, I see your point.

Do you have any suggestions for a good Palm?
Hopefully something with a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a camera, a large screen, and reliable customer support.

What do you see out there with that?
